Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spent fuel assembly storage support method capable of reducing the time required for a plan to store spent fuel assemblies in a plurality of casks and of improving the efficiency of storing the spent fuel assemblies in the casks.SOLUTION: Radioactivity Aand a heating value Hof a plurality of spent fuel assemblies to be stored in casks are calculated by using burnup and cooling periods of each spent fuel assembly (S3, S4). A storage pattern of the spent fuel assemblies in the casks is selected (S6). A plurality of the spent fuel assemblies to be stored in the casks are selected based on the storage pattern (S7), and it is determined whether each set value of the radioactivity and the heating value of the casks is satisfied when each spent fuel assembly of which the radioactivity Aand the heating value Hcalculated is stored in the casks (S10). Then it is determined whether the number of casks, of which each set value is satisfied by the radioactivity and the heating value of the spent fuel assemblies selected to be stored, satisfies the total number of casks to be used for carrying out (S13).
【課題】複数のキャスクへの使用済燃料集合体の収納計画に要する時間を短縮でき、かつ使用済燃料集合体のキャスクへの収納効率を向上できる使用済燃料集合体の収納支援方法を提供する。 【解決手段】キャスク内に収納する複数の使用済燃料集合体の放射能A N 及び発熱量H N を、各使用済燃料集合体の燃焼度及び冷却期間を用いてそれぞれ算出する(S3,S4)。キャスク内での使用済燃料集合体の収納パターンを選択する(S6)。キャスクに収納する複数の使用済燃料集合体を収納パターンに基づいて抽出し(S7)、放射能A N 及び発熱量H N の抽出した各使用済燃料集合体をキャスクに収納したとき、キャスクの放射能及び発熱量の各設定値を満足するかを判定する(S11)。収納する使用済燃料集合体が抽出されて放射能及び発熱量が各設定値を満足するキャスクの基数が、搬出に用いるキャスクの合計基数を満足するかを判定する(S13)。 【選択図】図2
