<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tin plated steel sheet having excellent smudging resistance and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The surface roughness shape of a surface-to-be-plated of a base steel sheet is controlled to satisfy Rsk≥0 and Ra≥0.2 μm and tin plating is formed on the base steel sheet to obtain the tin plated steel sheet, where Rsk expresses surface skewness measured in the width direction and Ra expresses arithmetical mean roughness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
【課題】耐スマッジ性に優れた錫めっき鋼板およびその製造方法を提供すること。 【解決手段】下地鋼板の被めっき面の表面粗さ形状を、Rsk≧0、Ra≧0.2μmを満たすように調整し、その後、その下地鋼板の上に錫めっきを形成して錫めっき鋼板を得る。 ただし、Rskは、幅方向に測定した表面スキューネスを示し、Raは算術平均粗さを示す。 【選択図】なし
